We are located at 2200 San Antonio St., Austin, TX 78705 - just one block from the UT Campus.

Are the apartments furnished?

​Yes! All of our apartments come fully furnished and include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 55” wall-mounted TV in the common area.

What amenities does Icon at Austin offer?

Study Rooms: Our community features multiple private study rooms throughout the property, providing a quiet space to focus and get work done.

24-Hour Fitness Center and Yoga Studio: Located on the 30th floor, you can take in breathtaking views while getting your workout in with state-of-the-art equipment!

Rooftop Pool & Spa: Soak up the Austin skyline year-round from our heated rooftop pool and spa!

Lounge Spaces & Game Room: Unwind and connect with friends in our various lounge spaces, including a game room complete with a pool table and ping pong table.

Coffee Bar: At Icon, coffee is on us every day! Enjoy on-tap Nitro Cold Brew for the perfect morning pick-me-up or a boost during your late-night study sessions!

Package Locker System: Never miss a delivery with our secure package lockers, accessible 24/7!

Fingerprint Access: Icon at Austin features fingerprint scanners at entrances and throughout the building for controlled access.

What’s included in my installment?

Aside from your furnished apartment, your monthly installment includes high-speed internet, in-unit washer and dryer, and a wall-mounted smart TV in the common area!

What types of leases are available?

Icon offers 12-month installment leases.

How much is the security deposit?

We offer the following security deposit/security deposit alternative(s): 
 
​​​If you add a guarantor to your lease who meets all criteria, then you will not have to pay a security deposit. 
 
If you are able to meet the requirements to self-qualify, you will pay a reduced refundable security deposit. If you do not want to pay the security deposit in one single payment, you can pay a reduced non-refundable security deposit alternative, which is billed in monthly installments. 
 
If you neither add a qualified guarantor, nor self-qualify, you will have to pay a refundable security deposit equal in value to 2x your monthly base rent. We also offer the option to pay a reduced non-refundable security deposit alternative, which is billed in monthly installments. 
 
Your security deposit payment or enrollment in the security deposit alternative (if applicable) should be received by the 1st day of the month your lease starts. 

Is renters insurance required?

Yes. All residents at Icon at Austin are required to have renters insurance. Liability Insurance is required. Personal Property Insurance is highly recommended. Please reach out to our leasing staff for more information on renters insurance.

Is parking available?

Yes. ​Icon residents may choose to reserve a spot in our gated parking garage at an additional monthly cost. Spaces are limited, so please contact our office for more details and availability. 

Is there guest parking?

There is no parking available for guests or visitors in our garage. Guests may park in designated areas on the street or in the CO-OP parking garage. These spaces are neither managed nor maintained by Icon.

Does Icon Austin offer SMART housing?

​Yes. In compliance with the City of Austin’s SMART housing program, Icon offers a selection of affordable units to qualified applicants.

How do I qualify for SMART housing?

​To receive SMART housing, you must either be the recipient of need-based financial aid or fall within the low-to-moderate income bracket.

Once you qualify, you must apply for the SMART housing floor plan, then email us your UT Cash Page or Income Verification form to [email protected].
